Getting there was really simple, and there was parking close by, which made everything easy. any extra directions would’ve been unnecessary.

I had an issue with my order and it took longer to get sorted than I would’ve liked. Support did eventually fix it after I followed up, so I’ll give them credit for that. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole process could definitely be smoother. If this happens again, I’d probably consider ordering from somewhere else...

The bowls are seriously packed full. I always think I’m going to finish one, but then I end up having to save some for later, which is nice I guess, but also kind of a whole extra effort dealing with leftovers.

When I was looking again last week, I did notice there are some decent options if you have dietary needs, but it took me longer than I expected to find them. I really wish costavida.com had easier filters for things like dairy free, gluten free, or vegan meals. I ended up clicking around the menu more than I wanted to. Overall, it’s not bad, and I’d probably still order again, but if you have food restrictions, it’s not the easiest site to use. 3 stars from me.
